Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented Event Planner to help us bring our client's event visions to life. This position is perfect for someone with a knack for organization and a passion for hospitality. You will oversee everything from initial concept design to execution on the day of the event.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative event concepts tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain relationships with key event suppliers and vendors.
• Supervise on-site event staff and volunteers.
• Prepare and present event proposals to potential clients.
• Assist in the development of event marketing materials.
• Monitor event progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Create and maintain event budgets, ensuring profitability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-profile event management

Languages

• English: Fluent
