Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to handle diverse functions from recruitment to employee development. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to foster a thriving work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment strategies and processes to attract talent.
  • Ensure policy adherence and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support employees in career development and performance management.
  • Conduct HR training sessions for new employees.
  • Monitor and improve employee engagement levels.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation when necessary.
  • Assist in the management of payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on employee engagement and performance management
