Responsibilities
Lead recruitment strategies and processes to attract talent.
Ensure policy adherence and alignment with organizational objectives.
Support employees in career development and performance management.
Conduct HR training sessions for new employees.

Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation when necessary.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
Experience
5+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on employee engagement and performance management
