Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach employees in their professional development.

• Prepare and manage operational budgets for training initiatives.
• Promote training sessions through effective communication strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a learning and development role
