Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will develop and implement effective online marketing campaigns while also optimizing our e-commerce platforms to maximize sales and improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns through various channels including email, social media, and online advertising.
  • Manage and enhance the user experience on the e-commerce website.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and website functionality.
  • Develop and execute outreach programs to build brand awareness and drive customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging promotional content.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance product visibility.
  • Provide insights and feedback on product performance and user experience.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive strategy improvements.
  • Support the integration of new features and technologies to improve the e-commerce platform.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
Technical Skills
  • Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid)
