Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Sales Manager to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to boost revenue, strengthen client relationships, and enhance our market presence. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute sales plans to boost revenue growth.
  • Explore partnerships with local tourist attractions and agencies.
  • Evaluate customer needs and propose solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for the sales department.
  • Identify potential sales leads and actively pursue them.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Hospitality Management
  • Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a senior sales position, preferably in hospitality
