• Resolve tenant complaints and issues quickly and efficiently.
• Organize and document property viewings.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting related to property management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for tenant outreach.
• Conduct market research to remain competitive in pricing.
• Ensure safety and emergency procedures are in place.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Property Management or equivalent experience

Experience

• Prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
