Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. You will coordinate all phases of the construction process, including planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct construction activities and supervise all subcontracting work.
  • Ensure projects comply with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
  • Implement improvements in work processes and deliverables.
  • Engage with clients to discuss project specifications and requirements.
  • Assure quality control checks for all stages of construction.
  • Drive initiatives for team performance and safety.
  • Prepare and submit tenders for new projects.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Master's degree in Management is preferred.
Experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience including site management.
