Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our software products. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will help identify issues before they reach our clients, ensuring reliability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing on new and existing software applications.
• Document and report testing progress, results, and issues encountered.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
• Continuously improve the testing process and practices to enhance productivity.
• Mentor less experienced QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certification in Quality Assurance or Testing is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing

Languages

• English: Fluent
