Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty. This role is pivotal in developing strategies that improve our service delivery and shape our customer engagement processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our customer experience aligns with the company’s vision.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and oversee customer experience projects across various departments.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the organization.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the development of training materials and programs for staff.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align customer communications.
  • Utilize customer data analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to improve service.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to innovate customer experiences.
  • Represent the company in customer interactions and events.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
  • MBA with a focus on marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relations and experience management
