Job Description

Join us as a Customer Support Representative where your role is to assist customers with their queries, handle complaints effectively, and provide product information. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers with a courteous and friendly approach.
  • Analyze customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Work with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environment

  • Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
