Job Description

The Liquor Grinding Mill Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring a liquor grinding mill in a beverage production facility. This key role ensures consistent and efficient production of high-quality liquor by maintaining and cleaning equipment, while also adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of grinding equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Regularly inspect equipment for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols within the production plant.
• Document and report any deviations from production standards.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks during the production process.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on production techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in Food Science or Production Management are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in operating grinding mills or similar equipment is a plus.

Technical Skills

Languages
