Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to test food quality and safety.
• Participate in product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Review and recommend improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Engage with suppliers to source quality ingredients.
• Conduct market research to align product development with consumer demands.
• Summarize findings and present reports to management.
• Develop training materials for food safety practices.
• Support regulatory compliance processes and certifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in food product development
