Job Description

We are currently seeking a Fish Roe Processor who will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our fish roe production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, processing, and packaging fish roe while adhering to safety and quality standards. You'll be part of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with the production manager and quality control team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate processing machinery.
• Assist with quality control checks on finished products.
• Document all production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Implement safety practices and protocols in the working area.
• Collaborate with other departments for efficient workflow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Certificate or diploma in food processing or related field is an advantage

Experience

• No prior work experience is required, but candidates with experience in fish processing or food production will be given preference.

Technical Skills
