Job Description

Looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping customers. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Perform data entry for customer interactions in the system.
  • Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
  • Participate in customer service initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to services.
  • Achieve personal and team targets for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
