Job Description

We're on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will guide a diverse team and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
  • Implement project plans while ensuring quality assurance.
  • Review drawings and specifications for project accuracy.
  • Adjust project plans to suit evolving project needs.
  • Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in managing construction projects
