Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget while liaising with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct project kickoff meetings and establish project objectives.
• Monitor daily operations and optimize workflow on project sites.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Ensure proper training and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage contract negotiations and oversee contractor compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
