Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager to oversee major construction projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and compliance checks.
• Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Lead and mentor project teams to enhance performance.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure outputs meet standards.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
