Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, thus influencing important business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to discover insights.
• Utilize statistical tools to interpret data sets.
• Assist in developing data collection methods to improve data quality.
• Support the design and implementation of new data systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Analyze customer data to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with IT on data system performance enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis

Technical Skills

• SQL
• R/Python
• Excel
• Data Visualization Tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• Tableau Certified Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts: Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in data analysis.
• Experience with Big Data technologies: Experience with tools such as Hadoop or Spark is preferred.
