Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries across various communication channels.
  • Assist with the resolution of complaints and escalations.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in service policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers.
  • Record and analyze customer feedback for product enhancements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate required
  • Certificate in Customer Relationship Management is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
