Responsibilities

  • Create tutorials and documentation for clients to facilitate product understanding.
  • Support the sales team by providing insights gathered from client feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management
