Job Description

As a Clergy member, you will be entrusted with delivering sermons and providing spiritual guidance to our congregation. Your role is pivotal in nurturing the faith and personal growth of individuals in our community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular worship services and special ceremonies.
• Counsel congregation members on spiritual or personal matters.
• Facilitate community outreach programs to enhance congregation involvement.
• Develop educational material for religious education and youth programs.
• Participate in interfaith activities to promote understanding and cooperation within the community.
• Assist in church administration and report to church leadership on community developments.
• Engage with online congregation through social media and digital platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Theological diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in community engagement or outreach is a plus

Technical Skills

• Community organizing
• Digital engagement
