Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and assist with product or service-related questions.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation Certificate
  • Higher Certificate in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
Technical Skills
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • isiZulu: Conversational

Advantageous
