Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Durban. This role involves managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to foster a supportive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies.
  • Design and deliver HR training programs.
  • Advise employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Contribute to a healthy work environment that promotes diversity.
  • Participate in remuneration and benefits planning.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage communication between employees and HR.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and prepare reports.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
  • Support international recruitment efforts as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Diploma in HR Management is advantageous
