Job Description

As a Compensation Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with our client's organizational goals and objectives. You will provide expertise in job design, salary structures, and incentive plans to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compensation planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Professional certification in compensation is preferred
