Job Description

As our Chief Diversity Officer, you will be at the forefront of our diversity and inclusion initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Manage diversity training initiatives to promote cultural competency.
  • Facilitate open discussions on diversity topics and challenges.
  • Develop partnerships with community organizations to enhance outreach.
  • Provide regular reports on diversity metrics and progress to senior management.
  • Motivate and lead diversity councils and employee resource groups.
  • Support employees in their career advancement by promoting equal opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles
