Stock Controller

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Stock Controller to join our Pretoria team. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, performing regular stock checks, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will play a crucial role in our store's operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory effectively.
• Regularly inspect stock for damage and report any issues.
• Work closely with sales and procurement departments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Assist with the organization of stockroom and sales floor.
• Utilize software tools for inventory tracking.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate
• Higher education in Logistics or Business Management will be beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a retail stock control role

• ERP Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
