Job Description

We are seeking a talented E-commerce Manager to lead our online initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, enhance customer engagement, and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and IT teams to optimize user experience and ensure seamless online operations.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine online marketing techniques.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage product launches effectively.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and optimize customer engagement and sales funnels.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and e-commerce platforms to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce campaigns, ensuring ROI targets are met.
  • Provide training and support to team members on e-commerce best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • MBA or relevant certification is a plus
