Job Description

As an HR Compliance Officer, your primary focus will be to ensure our practices align with regulations and support our inclusive team culture. You will review policies, advise on compliance issues, and collaborate with department managers to promote awareness and adherence to compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate compliance systems and processes to identify gaps.
  • Develop strategies to address compliance risks.
  • Provide guidance to staff on compliance-related queries.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics.
  • Conduct investigations related to compliance violations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development regarding HR compliance.
  • Facilitate workshops and briefings on compliance topics.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining a culture of compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
  • Relevant HR compliance certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR compliance or related disciplines
