Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of study protocols.
• Track and report adverse events and study deviations.
• Prepare participant recruitment materials.
• Implement strategies for improving participant engagement.
• Work with data management teams to ensure data integrity.
• Help prepare for interim and final study analyses.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies as necessary.
• Evaluate site performance and compliance.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Generate study progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Certification in Clinical Research preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical trials or research setting
