We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investment Banker. In this role, you will analyze market trends, develop financial models, and assist in executing various transactions. Your ability to interpret complex financial data will be crucial in supporting our clients' business objectives and navigating the investment landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models for client projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and clients.
• Assist in negotiating terms and advising on market conditions.
• Support client engagement initiatives and help with follow-up activities.
• Analyze potential investments and advise on funding options.
• Work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated financial services.
• Manage junior team members and provide mentorship.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business or Finance preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of investment banking or corporate finance experience
