Job Description

As a Health Promotion Specialist, you will drive initiatives that enhance community health and wellbeing. Your role will involve developing health education materials, conducting workshops, and collaborating with community stakeholders to implement health programs.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with community organisations and agencies.
• Develop culturally appropriate health education materials.
• Promote preventive health measures across various demographics.
• Implement training programs for volunteers and community members.
• Lead focus groups to understand community health barriers.
• Participate in public health policy discussions and advocacy.
• Track and report progress towards health promotion goals.
• Support the development of community health resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in health promotion or community outreach
