• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Participate in staff development and training sessions.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of activities and meals.
• Promote teamwork and a supportive environment among staff.
• Keep up-to-date with current childcare practices and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Development

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a childcare role

Technical Skills

• Curriculum Development

Certifications

• Child Development Associate Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of child psychology: Understanding principles of child psychology is a plus.
