Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our clients. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and advising on best recruitment practices. Your expertise will help shape our hiring strategies and improve the overall candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidate skills and fit.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Enhance the candidate experience through clear communication and guidance.
• Support the development of employer branding initiatives.
• Organise recruitment events and participate in job fairs.
• Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics to the management team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
