Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will be a key player in our dynamic team, working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Create and execute account plans to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  • Analyze account data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead client onboarding processes and training sessions.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales
