Responsibilities

• Work with the marketing team to enhance the company’s online presence.
• Analyze feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve processes.
• Support HR initiatives related to training and development of new hires.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the recruitment team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
