Job Description

As an Employee Engagement Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience through effective communication and engagement strategies. Your primary focus will be developing programs that support payroll management and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead payroll management processes ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
  • Analyze employee feedback to improve programs and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience focusing on engagement
