Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives, as well as managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the management team to identify staffing needs.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and employee development.
  • Conduct workforce planning and talent management strategies.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Review and update job descriptions and salary structures.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
