Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
Advise management on HR policy implementation.
Assist in managing employee performance evaluations.
Conduct training needs assessments to determine employee development requirements.
Facilitate conflict resolution and employee mediation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law changes.

Prepare reports on HR metrics and analytics for management review.
