Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist with a passion for problem-solving and customer service. In this role, you'll interact with clients to resolve technical issues, assist with software and hardware queries, and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer requests and prioritize urgent issues.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the support team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
