Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor for our Endless Belt Weaving Department. This position focuses on ensuring production efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and leading a talented team to meet our high-quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the weaving department floor.
• Ensure that production targets are met within specified timeframes.
• Maintain quality control measures and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train and mentor new employees, monitoring their performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
• Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and employee attendance.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among the floor staff.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance department's performance.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering or related field
• Additional certifications in supervisory or management roles are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing supervisory role
