Job Description

We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. You'll play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes for various positions.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Ensure documentation for employee records is kept updated.
• Assist in creating and executing training programs.
• Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Facilitate workplace conflict resolution and mediation.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR or related field
