Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, your role will involve direct interaction with clients, providing them with expert support and guidance. You will be pivotal in understanding client needs, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries.
  • Provide support for various software applications and tools.
  • Implement and oversee client installations and training sessions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assess and report on common technical issues to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Support Manager.

Requirements

Education
  • National Certificate in Information Technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or help desk role
