Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Card Player to join our dynamic team and partake in various exciting card games. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining game rules, ensuring fair play, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage in card games while ensuring adherence to rules.
• Support in hosting tournaments and events for players.
• Assist in training new staff on game etiquette and rules.
• Maintain a positive gaming atmosphere for clients.
• Monitor player behavior to ensure a respectful environment.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of gaming tables.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in hospitality or gaming is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years in a gaming environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Customer service skills

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in organizing gaming events: Proven ability to set up and manage card game events efficiently.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous: Multilingual candidates will have an added advantage in customer interaction.
