Your ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent service will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to enhance the company's employer brand.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline recruitment processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on talent acquisition strategies.
• Train and mentor junior recruitment staff.
• Utilise analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and candidate quality.
• Organise and attend recruitment drives and events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR consulting

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5 Certificate in HR Management
