Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in customer relations or account management

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Project Management Tools

Soft Skills

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Customer Success Management Certification
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in SaaS Industry: Prior experience working within a Software as a Service environment.
• Knowledge of Customer Success Metrics: Understanding of key metrics to measure customer success and satisfaction.
