Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager who has a passion for enhancing customer experiences. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring satisfaction, and helping them achieve their desired outcomes with our products. Your expertise will drive customer retention and support our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify upsell opportunities during interactions with customers.
  • Utilize feedback from clients to improve product offerings and user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create customer success stories.
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Track customer engagement metrics and report on success indicators.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relations or account management
