Job Description

We seek a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathy will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Communications, Business or relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer support with proven track record in service excellence.
