Responsibilities

• Advise clients on compliance with local and international corporate laws.

• Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Research legal issues related to corporate activities and transactions.
• Prepare legal briefs and documents for corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on client projects.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws that affect corporate operations.
• Support clients in risk assessment and management.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or higher
• Postgraduate in Corporate Governance is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of corporate law experience
