The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, advising clients on various legal matters, and ensuring compliance with local legislation. Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance and risk management.
• Prepare legal opinions on various issues as required.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters.

Requirements

Education

• LLB degree with a sound understanding of South African law
• Additional legal certifications are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience

Certifications

• Certified Legal Manager (CLM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
