Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will lead initiatives that foster employee improvement and career advancement. You will assess training needs and develop effective educational materials to ensure our staff's success and alignment with business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive learning programs for employees.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Develop engaging training materials and resources.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals.
  • Manage the learning management system and ensure user access.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role
