We are on the lookout for a Loss Prevention Officer to join our dedicated store operations team. The successful candidate will focus on minimizing theft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a secure shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe customer behavior and identify potential theft behaviors.
• Work closely with management in formulating and enforcing security policies.
• Participate in the development of security measures and emergency protocols.
• Document all incidents of theft and security breaches for further evaluation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in theft and loss prevention.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in loss prevention or security.

Certifications

• Certified Loss Prevention Professional (CLPP)

Languages
